Optional Integrations and Add-ons
In addition to the main features in your Donorbox toolkit, there are several integrations and add-ons available to all of our organizations.
Donorbox integrates with thousands of apps and software tools across the web. These integrations allow you to extend your nonprofit organization's abilities in donor management, email marketing, direct mail outreach, social media posting, website hosting, e-commerce, and so much more. You'll access all the features Donorbox offers, plus those provided by the integration tools, and seamlessly flow donor and gift information in between them.
We provide our users with two types of integration options - native and via Zapier.
Find these tools in your on your Donorbox Dashboard under 'Inactive Add-ons'.
Or, you can find them under the 'Integrations & Add-ons' drop-down on the left-hand navigation menu.
Custom CSS
You can make pixel-perfect edits to your donation forms so that they blend in perfectly with your website and branding.
Just add your code to our Custom CSS block to easily customize the layouts, fonts, and color schemes of each form.
Please note: We create our classic donation forms to be as applicable to as many organizations as possible; however, when you need higher-level customization, add it here, or reach out to us to discuss your Custom CSS needs.
To use this add-on, go to the Custom CSS Editor on the 'Additional Settings' page for your campaign.
You can activate Custom CSS as an individual add-on for $85/month. You will be charged monthly and can cancel anytime.
Tracking and Analytics
Enable the Tracking and Analytics add-on to start better tracking donation conversions on your donation forms.
With this add-on, you can:
- Track the channel of conversion via UTM tracking
- Send donation data to Facebook pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking
- Perform cross-domain tracking for Google Analytics
- Access support for Google eCommerce tracking
You can enable this as an individual add-on for $35/month. You will be charged monthly and can cancel anytime.

Employer Donation Matching Integration
Double the Donation is the industry-leading provider of tools for nonprofit organizations and educational institutions to raise more from corporate matching gift programs. With 360MatchPro by Double the Donation, your organization can:

Mailchimp Integration
Mailchimp is an all-in-one platform where you can promote your nonprofit across email, social, landing pages, shoppable landing pages, postcards, and more.
By integrating Donorbox with Mailchimp, all of the information submitted via your giving forms will be automatically passed through to Mailchimp. This enables you to quickly build up your email lists, making it easier than ever to stay in touch with your donors using Mailchimp's simple and effective tools.

Salesforce Native Integration - Nonprofit Success Pack
Connect Donorbox with one of the industry's leading nonprofit customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This native integration enables you to leverage the intuitive design of Donorbox and the smart analytics Salesforce provides. Donor data automatically flows from Donorbox to Salesforce for better visibility and forecasting of your donors.

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT Native Integration
Integrate Donorbox and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT (RE NXT) to take advantage of customized data management and outreach tools, combined with the power of top-of-the-line fundraising software. Automatically export all donor and gift data from Donorbox to RE NXT to be organized and analyzed, and use it to improve segmentation and your messaging to your supporters.

HubSpot Native Integration
Combine two industry-leading tools into one innovative solution! With the Donorbox + HubSpot native integration, donor and gift data seamlessly flows from Donorbox's fundraising platform into HubSpot's all-in-one digital hub.
Within HubSpot, you can access a detailed and easy-to-use customer relationship management (CRM) system, marketing tools, and much more. You'll be empowered to better manage and understand your donor data, as well as have the ability to segment and contact donors based on demographics, giving history, program affiliation, and beyond.
The Donorbox + HubSpot native integration add-on is available at $50/month. You will be charged monthly and can cancel at any time.
Text-to-Give
Text-to-give allows your supporters to donate right from their smartphone, utilizing its native texting application and web browser to make donations to your campaign.
After their first donation, your supporters can simply repeat their last donation just by using a keyword. They do not need to fill out the donation form again.

- Access to the 801801 short code (available only in United States). Short codes are significantly shorter telephone numbers that specialize in SMS
- One custom keyword to associate with one of your campaigns. Your supporters can text the keyword to the short code to start the donation process

Zapier Integrations
Through Zapier integrations, users create Zaps to connect Donorbox with more than 2,000 additional apps, no coding required. You simply start by activating the Zapier add-on in your Donorbox dashboard and ensuring you have an active account with the app you wish to connect with via a Zap.
